Question:  How do we know that this will be a good fit?

Answer: We meet with the client and/or family to assess needs and answer all questions. We request that, at that time, we are provided with a list of contacts, medications and any special needs.

Question:  Do you take home bound clients?

Answer:  Yes, as long as it is non-medical care.

Question:  Will you drive me to my medical appointments?

Answer:  Yes, if it local.  We will drive farther for an additional charge.

Question:  Are you CPR certified, safety certified and background checked?

Answer:  Yes, we are.

Question:  Do you grocery shop and cook?

Answer:  Yes, we will grocery shop and we are gourmet cooks. If there are dietary restrictions, please let us know.

Question:  What kind of errands do you run?

Answer:  General errands such as: banking, dry cleaners, pharmacy, library, etc.

Question:  Do you have references?

Answer:  Yes, please refer to our testimonials page.

​Question:  Will you do my housekeeping and cleaning?

Answer:  No, but we will tidy up.

Question:  Will you do my bookkeeping and pay my bills?

Answer:  No, we do not provide this service.

Question:  Do you accept insurance or credit cards?

Answer:  No, we do not.
